When purchasing a Mystic Portrait, you automatically
agree to all the terms and conditions below...


1.) I give Mystic Moon Media the right to use any and all photos that
I submit to Mystic Moon Media for the use of a Mystic Portrait.
These photos are of my own taking and none are copyrighted.

2.) I as the parent/guardian of any and all minor(s), give Mystic Moon Media
permission to use said artwork/portrait for advertisement purposes only.

3.) I give Mystic Moon Media permission to use said
artwork/portrait for advertisement purposes only.

4.) I understand that my finished artwork/portrait is copyrighted by
Mystic Moon Media and will not reproduce it without written permission
from the artist. When I obtain written permission,
I will not alter or crop the artwork in any manner and will give
credit to Mystic Moon Media.

5.) I understand that said artwork/portrait is created by the artist,
and I leave any and all discretion of its creation to the artist.

6.) I understand that there is no refund for said artwork/portrait,
only exchanges for damaged prints. If damage does occur in shipping,
I will contact Mystic Moon Media within (5) days of receiving my
said artwork/portrait to get the exchange approval code.

7.) I understand that my pre-paid Mystic Portrait Package
must be used within (12) twelve weeks of purchase.
I also understand that there is no refund for
unused Mystic Portrait Packages.
