After payment of a portrait package,
the process of creating your portrait begins.

First... I need you (the customer) to E-mail your photos.
In the E-mail I need:

• Your Name
• Phone Number
• Description

The description is what you would like your portrait to look like.
Include details such as... sitting on a tree limb, a pirate with the patch on
his right eye, surrounded by sunflowers, sitting on the moon
These descriptions will help me create the perfect Mystic Portrait for you.
If there are multiple people in the photo, describe each person. Also include
any elements that you may want included such as... butterflies, castles,
ships, etc. Your description can also be E-mailed to me with your photos.

Please E-mail this to portraits@mysticmoonmedia.com
and include your name in the subject line.

Then I gather your photos (see Photographing Tips) and your description.
I will then sketch out some ideas. At this time if I have any questions
about your photos or description, I will call or E-mail you.
Depending on your photographs, I will decide which one suits your
portrait the best. Then I will create your Mystic Portrait.
This should take 1-2 weeks.

Once I finish the portrait I will E-mail you one (1) proof.
At this time you can approve the proof or make any minor changes.
If your proof is approved I will print out your package and you should
receive it within 1-2 weeks. If there are minor changes, I will do the
requested changes, then print and ship your package to you.
Please respond quickly to the proof. The longer that you take to approve
the proof the longer it will take to ship your items.
