Shipping:
Shipping is a flat rate of $2.95 per order shipped within the United States. International customers is a flat rate of $9.95 (US dollars) per order.
Wholesale Orders: Shipping is a flat rate of $13.95 within the United States &
$33.95 (US dollars) international orders.
Refund Policy:
At this time Mystic Moon Media does not refund any item, only exchanges for damaged items. If damage does occur in shipping, you must contact Mystic Moon Media within (5) days of receiving the order to get the exchange approval code for replacement of the item. We must receive damaged item before its replacement will be shipped. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Originals: There is no replacement for an original.
