We ship via USPS and UPS.


Refund Policy:
At this time Mystic Moon Media does not refund any item, only exchanges for damaged items. If damage does occur in shipping, you must contact Mystic Moon Media within (5) days of receiving the order to get the exchange approval code for replacement of the item. We must receive damaged item before its replacement will be shipped. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Originals: There is no replacement for an original.
All originals will be shipped with insurance.

Mystic Portrait Policy:
Within two business days of a cleared $50.00 non-refundable deposit on a Mystic Portrait, you will receive your Mystic Portrait Contract. Before creation can begin, this contract must be fully completed and signed. Mystic Portraits will not be created without this contract.
